Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

We want you to be happy with your purchase and we apologize if it is not. For whatever reason that you are not satisfied, we would be most happy to provide exchanges and returns for all items purchased from us if the following conditions are met:

  1. The item should not be used.
  2. All tags must be kept intact.
  3. The item is either faulty or is incorrect in size.
  4. etrolley.pk should receive it within 7 days.
  5. Shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
  6. All costs (shipping charges, taxes and duties) will be borne by the customer at all times.

If none of the above conditions are met, we regret to inform you that we are unable to process any claims for exchanges or refunds regardless that the items have been mailed back to us.

Refunds

Our refund and returns policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange. All exchanges and returns would need to be raised within 7 days of the invoice date. All requests for returns, however, would need to be strictly made online at www.etrolley.pk.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your Bank/Mobile account, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item,email us at info@etrolley.pk or call us on +92 310 6389903

Shipping returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

You will need to include your original invoice together with the item(s) in its original condition and packaging.

Wait for our email confirmation and you will be notified once your online Store Credit Voucher is ready.  Generally, the processing period is 5 working days upon receipt of your parcel.

All requests for returns will be refunded via online Store Credit Vouchers or bank/mobile transfer only. Your online Store Credit Voucher is valid for a lifetime and can be used for your next purchase online. For Bank transfer, all bank charges will be borne by the customer. The online Store Credit Voucher is applicable online.

Online Store Credit Vouchers are to be used in a singular transaction and any excess amount not utilized, would not be refunded.

Online Store Credit Vouchers given will be at the buying price of the product as stated in the original invoice. No refunds will be given for delivery charges incurred in the original, returned, and onward shipping charges of exchanged items.

However, if any of the products received is deemed defective or a wrong shipment, etrolley.pk will bear the cost of shipping the item(s) back to you. Please note that all exchanges are subjected to stock availability and whilst we endeavor to ship a replacement item(s) back to you, we reserve the right to do an exchange by way of an item(s) of a similar value or providing online store credits or any other methods at the discretion of etrolley.pk

Other terms & conditions

All items that are returned and exchanged, can only be made once.

We reserve the right and full discretion to disqualify you from enjoying free returns if the subsequent item(s) for return or exchange are of the same item(s) as a previous order

Our returns and exchanges policy does not cover damage resulting from unique, accidental, or random damage that is the result of use by you or the wears and tear of a product.

etrolley.pk makes no warranty in respect of any product, express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, quality, compliance with description, and fitness for a particular purpose

Such returns are at all times governed by the provisions of the Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act of Pakistan
